Staff Profiles

Alana has worked for Footy Trips since 2009 and is now managing our busy team. As well as working hard in the office all year she has hosted for groups on the Gold Coast and in Bali so you might have even met her on one of your trips! Alana loves to travel and is aiming to explore 30 countries before she turns 30 next year.

Ally is born and raised on the Gold Coast and loves nothing more than spending time out on the water and exploring new places. Ally loves a tequila and a dance and can’t wait to head to Mexico one day to try the real deal. Her favourite travel destination so far is Bali, and loves helping our teams to find the best prices to get over there!

Deb is our little Scottish gem, she moved to Australia 5 years ago and hasn’t looked back! As well as keeping fit, spending time with her friends and family and travelling, Deb also loves to party, so it’s no surprise that Gilligan’s in Cairns is her favourite Footy Trips hot spot.

Elyce is a QLDer through and through, but has spent the last couple of years living and working in the UK! As well as being a huge field hockey fan, Elyce is a travel addict – with over 25 countries ticked off her list so far. Settling into Gold Coast life has been easy for Elyce with a love of the sun, surf and sand and she can’t wait to book loads of Gold Coast trips this season.

You won’t find Lucinda at the bar because she doesn’t drink, but she’s the life of the party – either showing us her crazy dance moves or keeping the teams laughing until sunrise. Lucinda grew up on the Sunshine Coast so she loves the beach and sunshine, her favourite place to travel is definitely Hawaii.

Our little pocket rocket Sophie is the life of the party – always the first on the dance floor and the last to leave a music festival. She’s always up for a laugh and is saving up as much as she can for a big Euro trip in the next couple of years. Cairns is Sophie’s number one footy trip destination and she’s looking forward to heading up again in October for our annual team trip.
